Team members work in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes friendly service, consistency, and a welcoming guest experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bar Staff role based at O'Learys in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Bar Staff member is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking guest orders, and ensuring accurate and efficient service at the bar. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, recommending menu items, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, handling cash and card payments, and following company and local regulations for food and beverage service. The role also involves collaborating with the restaurant team, supporting basic food service at the bar, and helping to create a safe, engaging environment that reflects the O'Learys brand and standards.Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional, welcoming manner.Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including basic bar operations, drink preparation, and hygiene standards.Accurate Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems, processing payments, and managing bills.Ability to participate in and support Training activities, including learning standard recipes, service procedures, and safety guidelines.Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform duties in a busy, high-energy setting.Familiarity with responsible service of alcohol and local regulations is an advantage.Basic English language proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
