Tea Bar Supervisor - AVANTCHA Tea BangkokThis position is accountable for producing the following results: Assist the management of daily Hospitality & Retail operations.Train, develop and lead an outstanding Beverage & Retail Team.Drive revenue, implement targets and focus on conversions to achieve targets, profits and healthy margins.Strategic & Tactical Responsibilities:Find great suppliers and setting up of SOPs to consistently improve standardsManage rosters ensuring adequate cover for the tea bar and shop floor for guest service opening & closing timesCarry out quarterly performance reviews on team members to manage and motivate individuals, as well as providing clear direction and support as well as monthly check-ins.In the absence of the Hospitality Manager - Responsible for the induction, onboarding process and development of the team by providing on the job training and assessing progress, through written reviews and probationsTrain and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding guest service and have excellent product knowledgeEnsure the Tea Bar and Retail Shop is always aesthetically pleasing and merchandised to the highest standardsOpening, closing and cashing up correctly, ensuring all administration for the day has been completed correctly, including targets for the next day and a comprehensive handoverEnsure all staff are kept up to date on changes to products, offers and promotions.Collaborating with the Hospitality Manager & Marketing Department in planning, organizing and hosting events and media campaignsBuild a good supportive relationship with the Management team.Beverage Menu planning and creationBeverage and Food cost control
