The ideal candidate will help ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently by maintaining cleanliness, restocking beverage and supplies, and assisting bartenders during service.What Will You DoYour main duties and responsibilities are:Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating ProceduresParticipate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menuEnsure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periodsHandle minor complaints in a professional and courteous mannerEnsure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and availableBe efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secureWhat We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurantsExcellent level of English, written and spokenHave strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibilityExcellent communication and listening skillsDemonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentialityAbility to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of timeIf this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
