The cafe aims to create a pleasant experience for everyone who visits.Role Description The Barista and Floor Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Nature’s Café, Salt Lake in Kolkata. This role involves preparing coffee and other beverages, and ensuring consistent product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving orders, handling payments, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback. The Floor Manager aspect of the role includes supervising daily operations, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, and supporting smooth service during peak hours. The individual in this role will also help implement basic processes, uphold safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive, team-working and professional atmosphere on the cafe floor.

Requirements
