Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: As per experience and company standardsJob SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our bakery and café team.

The ideal candidate should have experience preparing quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other drinks according to company standards.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.Welcome customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on beverages and bakery products.Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and throughout the service area.Assist with displaying, handling, and serving bakery items when required.Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, restaurant, or specialty coffee shop is preferred.Knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing techniques, and milk steaming.Ability to operate professional coffee machines and grinders.Good customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.Preferred SkillsLatte art and specialty coffee preparation.Knowledge of bakery products and food pairing.Strong attention to detail and presentation.A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated CV at hello@whizzhr.com.Send you Resume at Hello@WhizzHR.com
