The role includes taking orders, operating the POS system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and issuing receipts and change. The Barista Cashier will maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating areas, and ensure products are prepared according to quality and safety standards. This team member will support inventory checks, restocking supplies, and coordinating with colleagues to meet customer demand during peak hours. The role also involves following company policies, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines, and contributing to a positive, welcoming store environment.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers.Basic cash handling, POS operation, and numerical skills to process payments and manage transactions accurately.Knowledge of beverage preparation, basic barista techniques, and food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with willingness to follow instructions and support colleagues.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning.Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in retail/food service is an advantage but not always required.Willingness to work on-site in Pasig, including weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
