The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees and teas, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include taking orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and preparing light food orders. This is an on-site role that requires interaction with customers and team members to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.QualificationsStrong Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the use of espresso machinesExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for all guestsInterpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both customers and team membersExperience or understanding in Food Preparation processes for light food offeringsAttention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environmentPrevious Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
