"Sahat Al Majd Company, based in Riyadh, operates 40–50 branches across Saudi Arabia, specializing in Hanoverian and Jadeel specialty coffee."Role Description This full-time, on-site Barista role is based in Riyadh and involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to guests. The Barista is responsible for operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and customer seating area. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, processing payments, ensuring product quality and consistency, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing questions or concerns, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, equipment operation, and basic coffee knowledge.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems, with attention to accuracy.Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
