As a Barista at Friends & Co., you’ll prepare quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a warm and welcoming café environment. This role also includes opportunities to support our mobile coffee operations and pop-up events through Cafecito, our sister pop-up coffee shop. Part-Time Barista12–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends. Ideal for individuals who enjoy high-energy service environments and want to support a growing mobile and café-based coffee program.Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional hospitality and authentic, warm customer service (a must 😀) - Prepare espresso beverages and specialty drinks consistently and efficiently- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and mobile setups- Operate Square POS systems and handle transactions accurately- Support opening and closing responsibilities- Restock inventory, supplies, pastries, and retail items- Follow food safety and sanitation standards- Assist with mobile coffee events, pop-ups, and off-site activations as needed- Help transport, set up, break down, and maintain event equipment- Represent Friends & Co.
