The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to order, operate espresso machines and brewing equipment, and ensure consistent drink quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. The Barista will assist with light food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, restock supplies, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves working closely with the team, supporting opening and closing duties, and contributing to a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere in the cafe.QualificationsCandidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso machine operation and basic coffee preparation techniques.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Prior experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is an advantage.Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
