Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food andbeverages.- Perform daily operational tasks following the brand's establishedstandards. This includes requisitioning product orders, setting upnecessary products and equipment for service, and executing openingand closing procedures.- Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notifythe manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality,or standards.- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuringguest satisfaction through high-quality service.- Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly withsuppliers, following established guidelines and product -specificrequirements.- Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recordingwastage/breakage, and communicate findings to the manager. Monitor parand stock levels and maintain accurate log sheets (fridge and chillertemperature, vegetable sanitation, etc.).EDUCATION High school degree.EXPERIENCE Zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
