Job Title: Barista / Kiosk Sales AssociateLocation: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Retail / Kiosk OperationsReports To: Operations SupervisorJob SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Barista / Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages according to Camelicious recipes and quality standards, promoting our complete range of products, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.Promote and sell the full range of Camelicious products.Welcome customers and provide accurate information about products, ingredients, and available options.Recommend suitable products and actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.Process cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.Maintain consistent beverage quality, portion control, and presentation.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kiosk, counter, equipment, and utensils.Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when required.Check product expiry dates and follow FIFO procedures.Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock consumption, and wastage.Follow all food safety, health, hygiene, and company operating procedures.Report equipment problems, stock shortages, and customer feedback to the Operations Supervisor.Support kiosk opening and closing procedures and daily stock counts.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation, retail, hospitality, or customer service.Previous experience operating coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment.Experience handling POS, cash, and card transactions.Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.Strong customer service and communication skills.Good sales and product-promotion skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.Good English communication skills.
