The team tailors scalable solutions to each client’s environment, audience, and objectives.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining coffee equipment, managing daily setup and cleanup of coffee stations, and supporting both workplace and event coffee services. The role involves interacting with guests and clients, taking orders, handling payments as needed, and providing a welcoming, professional service experience. The Barista will also assist with stock management, basic food preparation, and coordination with the wider team to deliver reliable and engaging coffee experiences.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with clients, guests, and team members.Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, beverage preparation, and basic machine operation.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear order taking, coordination during events, and professional client interaction.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills relevant to simple café-style offerings and maintaining hygienic work practices.Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or event environment is beneficial.Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty coffee standards is an advantage.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, and support event schedules as required.Familiarity with basic health, safety, and food handling procedures is preferred.
