Our flagship is at The Grand, Dubai Creek Harbour, and we are opening a new kiosk at Circle Mall in JVC this October.We are looking for a Barista / Server to join the team at the new JVC kiosk from day one.About the roleThe JVC kiosk is a treats and desserts site. You will be serving cookies, ice cream and other sweet items, running the counter, and looking after every customer who stops by. There is no coffee offer at the kiosk itself.Your induction and training will take place at our Dubai Creek Harbour branch before the kiosk opens, so you will learn the full product range and our service standards with the wider team.ResponsibilitiesServe customers at the kiosk counter with genuine warmth and speedPrepare and present desserts, cookies and ice cream to brand standardOperate the POS, handle cash and card payments, and cash up accuratelyKeep the kiosk spotless and fully stocked throughout your shift, including opening and closing routinesFollow all Dubai Municipality food safety, hygiene and temperature control requirements, and complete daily checklistsReceive deliveries, rotate stock, monitor par levels and flag anything running lowKnow the product inside out so you can answer questions and upsell naturallySupport the Creek Harbour branch with cover when neededRepresent the brand properly in a busy mall environment, including peak evenings and weekendsKey requirementsCurrently based in the UAEPrevious experience in food and beverage, retail or hospitality customer serviceConfident spoken English (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable working a mall shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysAble to stand for the length of a shift and work at pace during busy periodsReliable, punctual and able to run a small site independently once trainedBasic food hygiene training certificateWell presented and comfortable dealing with the public face to faceWhat we offerSalary, visa and medical insurance + incentivesFull training at our Creek Harbour branchThe chance to be part of a new site from opening dayA small, hands-on team where your work is actually visible
