‏⁦Job DescriptionHigh school diploma or Diploma as a minimum requirement.Saudi nationality – required.1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service.Fluency in English – required.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso-based beverages, and milk preparation techniques.Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.Ability to take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.Ability to handle customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Punctual, reliable, and a team player.Basic knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures is a plus.
