The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to company recipes and standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, ensuring proper food and drink preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and restocking supplies. The Barista will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members, following health and safety guidelines, and supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods.Qualifications Candidates should possess barista skills, including beverage preparation and basic coffee equipment operation.Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage courteously and professionally with guests.Candidates should possess clear communication skills for taking orders, coordinating with team members, and addressing guest needs.Candidates should possess fundamental food preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety practices.Relevant experience in cafes, coffee shops, or restaurant environments is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and point-of-sale systems are advantageous.Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
