Role Description This full-time Barista role at TCB is an on-site position based in Sharjah and dubai. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages to consistently high standards, following established recipes and presentation guidelines. Day-to-day activities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or pastries, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The Barista will welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient service while answering questions about menu items and coffee origins. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with team members to uphold TCB’s coffee quality and customer experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic food preparation.Candidates should be very good in Late artCandidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.Candidates should possess clear communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu items, and coordinating with team members.Candidates should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with attention to detail and reliability in shift-based work.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is beneficial, along with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks, are preferred.
