Company Description Mad For Coffee is the first fully plant-based coffee shop in South Jakarta, located inside Mad Grass Collaborative Space and Cloud Kitchens. We aim to serve affordable, delicious and high-quality coffee beverages using 100% plant-based milk alternatives and 100% arabica beans. Our commitment is to offer a sustainable and enjoyable coffee experience to our customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Barista based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Day-to-day tasks include handling coffee-making equipment, interacting with customers, and assisting with food preparation as needed. The role also involves adhering to health and safety regulations.
