Barista

Role DescriptionSome Coffee is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Riyadh.The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages according to Some Coffee’s recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, preparing light food and snacks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming café experience.The role also includes greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, and providing attentive and friendly customer service.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Barista or in a café environment is preferred.Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.Basic food preparation and handling skills.Reliable, organized, and attentive to cleanliness and quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.Fluency in English is required.CompensationMonthly Salary: SAR 2,000–2,200Full-time positionBased in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
