Team members join an environment that values connection, creativity, and a positive lifestyle.Role Description The Barista is a full-time, on-site role based at Kongkow Coffee Bali in Kuta. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, protein-based drinks, and café menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food and drink presentation meets brand expectations. The Barista will provide attentive customer service, handle payments, and support smooth café operations during busy periods. Collaboration with the team to uphold hygiene, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere is essential.Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.Practical Barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic equipment handling.Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene, presentation, and safety standards.Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment is an advantage.Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Reliability, teamwork orientation, and a positive attitude toward learning and improving.Interest in coffee culture, healthy living, and community-focused spaces is highly beneficial.
