☕ Barista – 729 Grams Coffee Roasters**About the Role:**We’re looking for a passionate **Barista** to join our team at **729 Grams Coffee Roasters**, a speciality coffee brand focused on quality, craft, and great guest experiences.**Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare speciality coffee and beverages as per our standards.* Operate espresso machines and maintain consistency in every cup.* Provide warm and professional guest service.* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar.* Follow recipes, SOPs, and coffee quality standards.* Support daily café operations and work effectively with the team.**Requirements:*** 1+ year of barista experience preferred.* Knowledge of speciality coffee is an advantage.* Good communication and customer-service skills.* Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
