The company is expanding with four units and a footprint of 14 brands launching in Q3 2026.Role Description The Barista role at Betr India Foodworks Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee and beverage products, following standardized recipes and quality guidelines. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for accompaniments, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and ensuring proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies. The Barista engages with guests, takes orders, processes payments, and provides prompt, courteous customer service while representing the company’s brand standards. The role also involves working closely with team members to support smooth store operations and adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication.Hands-on Barista experience with coffee preparation, equipment handling, and basic beverage crafting.Ability to perform Food Preparation tasks while following safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Attention to detail, reliability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to follow operational procedures.Previous experience in a café, QSR, or hospitality setting is preferred.Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems, and comfort working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent; formal barista or foodservice training is an advantage.
