Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista based in Dammam. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, assist with food preparation, and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of workstations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to take and fulfill orders, providing an outstanding customer service experience, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support smooth café operations. Qualifications Proficiency in coffee brewing methods and barista skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsEffective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customersBasic knowledge of food preparation and the ability to follow safety and hygiene standardsPositive attitude, ability to work in a team, and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry is a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent
