Hungry Wolves – a place where you can nourish both body and mind.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high- quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency, and delivering excellent customer service.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) to standard recipes.Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; inform management when replenishment is required.Always follow health and safety standards.Support the team during busy hours and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred)Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to qualityPositive attitude and team player mindsetFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
