Role DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly and passionate Barista to prepare quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service and supporting smooth café operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to company standards.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment.Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.Take customer orders and process payments accurately.Provide friendly and professional customer service.Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas clean and hygienic.Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.Handle customer feedback professionally.Support the café team during busy periods.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious Barista or café experience is preferred.Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making.Good communication and customer service skills.Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsible, punctual, and reliable.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
