*HIRING BARISTAS FOR A NEW CAFÉ IN GURGAON*Postcard Coffee Company is a new-age, globally-inspired café opening in Gurgaon, focused on great coffee, craft coffee mocktails, and specialty drinks. We're building our founding coffee team and are looking for two passionate baristas to join us. *Head Barista Rs. 32,000 – Rs. 35,000 / month*2–3 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year leading a coffee counter, at a new-age or trending specialty café. Strong hands-on skills in espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and craft coffee-based mocktails. Should be confident training and leading a small team during service. *Junior Barista Rs. 22,000 – Rs. 25,000 / month*1 year to 1.5 years of barista experience, preferably at a trending café. Eager to learn craft coffee and mocktail-making, with room to grow into a bigger role as the café scales.
