Role Summary:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional service to our premium clientele in a fast-paced, upscale gym and wellness environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to established standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/bar area.Engage with members and guests professionally, providing a welcoming and premium experience.Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages as needed.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Collaborate with the team to enhance guest satisfaction and café operations.Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and service quality.Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium gyms, or high-end cafes.Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Polished appearance and professional demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
