Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–3 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista who can create great coffee experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and equipment.Handle billing/POS transactions and manage cash when required.Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.Support stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee grinders.Good communication and customer-service skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good grooming and hygiene standards.Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
