If great coffee makes your heart beat a little faster, keep reading.Position Overview:We're on the hunt for a Barista who genuinely loves coffee and lights up when making someone's day better. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a specialty coffee shop and a real passion for hospitality. Don't worry, we'll fully train you on our processes and approach, and you'll get your hands on world-class coffee equipment along the way. This is a fully cross-trained role that has you working across both locations, all shifts, and every role, from opening and closing the store.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee Craft: Pull beautiful shots and craft high-quality espresso beverages with care, precision, and a smile.Customer Service: Bring the good energy and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.Food Prep & Service: Roll up your sleeves and support our brunch offerings by prepping, plating, and serving as needed.Equipment TLC: Keep our coffee gear clean and dialed in for peak performance.
Qualifications
