Lift Cafe values reliable staff who take pride in great service and consistent product quality, and is expanding its presence to serve guests in Quezon City.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Quezon City. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for pastries or light snacks, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining area, and restocking supplies. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves working as part of a team, following health and safety guidelines, and supporting opening or closing procedures as scheduled.Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests and build a welcoming atmosphere.Barista experience and Food Preparation skills to consistently produce quality beverages and snacks.Clear Communication skills for taking orders, coordinating with team members, and handling guest inquiries.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems for accurate cash handling and transactions.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; prior café or restaurant experience is an advantage.Reliability in attendance, willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and a collaborative team mindset.
