£13.45 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | SalfordAre you an experienced Barista who enjoys being around people and delivering great customer service?We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Morson HQ in Salford.This is a great opportunity for someone with barista experience who wants to work in a professional corporate environment, with no regular evening or weekend shifts.The roleYou’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our onsite coffee shop, serving great coffee and providing a friendly, welcoming service to colleagues and visitors.Your main responsibilities will include:Preparing and serving coffee and other drinks to a high standardProviding friendly, helpful and efficient customer serviceTaking pride in keeping the coffee shop clean, tidy and well presentedManaging stock and replenishing supplies when neededOperating the till and handling paymentsClosing down and cleaning the coffee shop at the end of the dayGoing the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experienceSupporting the wider team when required, including providing holiday coverHours & flexibilityThe standard working hours are:Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–4.30pmFriday: 8.30am–4.00pmThis includes a 30-minute lunch break.There may also be opportunities/requirements for overtime and holiday cover when other members of the team are away.
