Role SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and professional Barista to join our women’s salon team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to salon clients while maintaining excellent customer service, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other beverages according to the salon’s standards.Welcome clients and provide friendly and professional service.Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and preparation area.Monitor beverage and consumable inventory and inform the manager of any shortages.Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth service to clients.Handle client requests and provide a positive customer experience.Follow salon policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Salon Manager.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista is preferred.Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.Good communication and customer service skills.Professional, friendly, and well-presented.Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
