The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and light refreshments to guests and team members, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage area, managing inventory of supplies, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves welcoming customers, engaging in friendly conversation, and supporting the overall premium showroom experience by providing attentive, professional service. The Barista will collaborate with the sales and reception teams to offer a welcoming environment that aligns with the brand’s luxury image.Qualifications Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee equipment operation, and basic food preparation.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience.Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, including weekends or extended hours as needed.Basic English language proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury showroom environment.
