The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every order. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for simple menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following health and safety standards. The Barista will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient customer service that reflects the community-focused values of Dirtycup Co. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members, restocking supplies, and supporting smooth store operations during busy periods.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication.Candidates should possess core Barista skills, including experience with coffee preparation, drink crafting, and basic Food Preparation.Candidates should possess reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.Candidates should possess teamwork and adaptability, including the ability to collaborate, handle peak hours, and learn new menu items or procedures.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting.Basic math skills for handling cash and operating POS systems.Proficiency in local language(s); additional language skills are an advantage.
