Barista

Barista Job Description: Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming café area, and ensuring excellent service for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and smoothies.· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment.· Ensure timely restocking of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc..· Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and occasional guests.· Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.· Support occasional catering or hospitality needs during meetings or company events.

Requirements

· Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.· Knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing techniques.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to speak and understand both English and Arabic.· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.· Friendly attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
