HIRING BARISTAS FOR A NEW CAFÉ IN GURGAONPostcard Coffee Company is a new-age, globally-inspired café opening in Gurgaon, focused on great coffee, craft coffee mocktails, and specialty drinks. We're building our founding coffee team and are looking for two passionate baristas to join us. Head Barista2–3 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year leading a coffee counter, at a new-age or trending specialty café. Strong hands-on skills in espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and craft coffee-based mocktails. Should be confident training and leading a small team during service. Junior Barista 1 year to 1.5 years of barista experience, preferably at a trending café. Eager to learn craft coffee and mocktail-making, with room to grow into a bigger role as the café scales. Accommodation is not provided by the company but a rental allowance can be discussed.Both roles require the candidate to:

• Be Presentable and well-groomed
• have Good spoken English and communication skills
• be available to join by 20–22 September 2026
