The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation tasks such as snacks or light meals, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The Barista will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and respond to questions or requests with a friendly, professional attitude. This role also involves working closely with team members to uphold safety, hygiene, and service standards while supporting a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.Qualifications Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic coffee equipment handling.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, such as following recipes, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling ingredients safely.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage customers, manage orders, and resolve concerns with care and professionalism.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members and follow procedures accurately.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced work while maintaining attention to detail.Basic math skills for handling cash, card payments, and order accuracy.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
