If you rush a pour-over, we might cry.The Space: A chill hangout place, where the vibe and great coffee are the main items on the menu.The Goal: To be the grounded, biophilic happening place for one of Bangalore’s busiest neighbourhoods.Your Daily "Studio" Sessions1. The Barista WizardryDialing In: Wake up the beans. Make sure the espresso is singing and the V60 is hitting those bright, floral notes before the first guest walks in.Maintenance: Treat our gear like the high-end instruments they are. No dusty grinders on your watch.2. The Ops & Chaos ControlThe Inventory Ninja: Keep the milk flowing and the beans stocked. You’ll manage vendor relationships like a pro.The Flow: Optimize the bar so that even when we’re busy, the vibe remains "I got it" and never "frantic."The Storyteller: Enchant the customers with stories around the drinks. Make them feel a part of the cafe and the cafe a part of them.Are You Our Person?Experience: You’ve spent 3-4 years in the speciality coffee trenches.Vibe: You radiate calm, positive energy. You’re "SoLit," but in a classy, understated way.Service Obsessed: You must be okay with standing for long periods, lifting bags of beans, and the occasional "urgent" Iced Cloud Latte request at 9:55 PM when we close at 10:00 pm.
