We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join the team of a well-known coffee shop in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have excellent coffee preparation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu itemsOperate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and safelyMaintain consistent beverage quality and follow standard recipes and preparation proceduresProvide friendly, professional, and efficient customer serviceTake customer orders accurately and process cash and card paymentsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and customer service areasMonitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment when requiredFollow food safety, health, and safety regulationsHandle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionallyWork effectively as part of a fast-paced teamSupport opening and closing procedures as required.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop/hospitality environment is preferredGood knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beveragesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic English communication skills; Arabic is MUST
