Qualifications

Can join immediately (preferably on cancelled visa)Minimum 3–5 years experience in specialty coffee, with proven leadership in a high‑volume, design‑driven café. Expert knowledge of espresso calibration, milk texturing, manual brewing, and flavor profiling. Strong sensory skills and the ability to maintain taste consistency across all beverages. Experience training baristas in technique, service flow, and brand standards. Exceptional cleanliness and station discipline, aligned with The Grey’s minimalist operational style. Calm, composed service presence that reflects the brand’s understated luxury. Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance with precision.
