We are looking at a solid founding team to lead the way .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace. The role also involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.QualificationsStrong Barista and Food Preparation skills, with an ability to make a variety of beverages and food itemsExceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to ensure a positive guest experienceEffective Communication skills to interact and engage with customers and team membersAttention to detail while maintaining work quality and a clean environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced settingPrior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekendsGOLDRUSH X FACTOR Ability to work early shifts as we are a early to rise coffee brand ( 6 am onwards ) Ability to learn new skills for growth in various departments Willingless to be part of the Startup culture
