BaristaLuxury Fine Dining Restaurant | Dubai, UAEWe are hiring a friendly, skilled, and service-oriented Barista to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing warm, professional service to guests.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the restaurant's standards.Operate and maintain espresso machines and other beverage equipment.Take guest orders and make recommendations when required.Ensure beverages are presented and served professionally.Keep the bar and beverage preparation areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely beverage service.Respond politely to guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.Support other service duties when requested by management.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista is preferred.Good English communication skills are required.Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso equipment.Friendly, polite, and attentive with a professional appearance.Good teamwork and communication skills.Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.PackageTotal package: AED 3,500 per month
