Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines, following recipes and presentation standards, and preparing light food items as needed. The Barista greets customers, takes orders, handles payments, and maintains a clean and organized workstation and seating area. The role also involves restocking supplies, monitoring product quality, and adhering to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines. Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming atmosphere is an essential part of this position.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee equipment.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a friendly, attentive, and respectful guest experience.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, coordinate with team members, and respond to customer inquiries.Candidates should possess basic Food Preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts, and manage multiple tasks at once.Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.High school diploma or equivalent education
