About The Turaco RoasteryThe Turaco Roastery is an upcoming premium specialty coffee experience in Jaipur, created with a strong focus on exceptional coffee, craftsmanship, hospitality, and a distinctive sensory environment.We are currently preparing for our launch in October 2026 and are looking for passionate Baristas who want to be part of building something new from the ground up.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who doesn’t just make coffee, but delivers an experience in every cup. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee and excellent customer interaction skills.⸻Key Responsibilities* Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, etc.)* Handle manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, French Press, AeroPress)* Control grind size, extraction time, and brew ratios* Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation* Perform daily calibration of espresso machines and grinders* Create and maintain basic to advanced latte art* Educate and recommend coffee based on customer preferences* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment* Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality⸻Required Skills* Strong knowledge of coffee (origins, roast profiles, brewing techniques)* Hands-on experience with espresso dialing-in* Milk texturing and latte art skills* Excellent communication and customer service* Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience* 1–2 years of experience in a specialty coffee café preferred* Freshers with strong passion and training may also applyPersonality Traits* Passionate about coffee* Detail-oriented and quality-focused* Calm under pressure* Well-presented and customer-friendlyCompensation₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skills and experience)* Tips + Growth OpportunitiesBonus (Nice to Have)* Participation in latte art competitions* Specialty coffee certifications* Awareness of global coffee trends
