The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, handling food preparation for café items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstations and customer areas. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, managing orders at the counter, processing payments, and ensuring consistent product quality. The role also involves greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, and providing friendly, efficient customer service.
