The company is committed to ongoing growth and quality, offering opportunities in both its construction and food and beverage operations.Role Description The Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty teas and coffees, following established recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include operating espresso and brewing equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring equipment and utensils are properly sanitized. The Barista will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient customer service to create a welcoming environment. This role also involves restocking supplies, supporting inventory checks, and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth café operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills and experience with beverage preparation and basic food preparation.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle peak service times, and follow food safety and hygiene standards.Basic math and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
