Team members are part of a craft-focused environment that values attention to detail and pride in every cup served.Role Description The Barista roles are full time and part-time, on-site positions located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, operating espresso machines and brewing equipment, and handling basic food preparation tasks such as pastries or light snacks. The Barista welcomes guests, takes orders, processes payments, and provides hospitable, informed customer service while maintaining a clean and organized bar and seating area. The role also involves learning and communicating product details, following food safety and cleanliness standards, and contributing to a positive, efficient team environment.QualificationsStrong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.Barista experience or demonstrated skills in espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee service.Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Basic Food Preparation skills and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work in a fast-paced environment.Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled shifts.Interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about roasting, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.Previous café or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
