Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and service areas. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and delivering a friendly, efficient customer experience that reflects R House’s community-focused environment. The Barista collaborates with the workspace team to support events, ensure adequate stock levels, and uphold health and safety standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess Barista skills and experience with coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café equipment.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, including basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and presentation.Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or coworking environment is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple orders, and work in a fast-paced setting.Basic cash handling or POS system experience is preferred.Availability to work full
