Location: Dubai, UAEJob OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and reliable Barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation and be comfortable working in both the beverage and kitchen areas.The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting the chef with kitchen tasks when required, and ensuring the café is always clean, organized, and presentable.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and other specialty coffees.Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment properly.Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently according to the café's recipes and quality standards.Assist the chef with basic food and dessert preparation, plating, and other kitchen duties when required.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café, including the bar, kitchen, equipment, counters, and customer areas.Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.Restock coffee, beverage, kitchen, and other supplies as needed.Ensure the bar and workstations are organized and ready for service.Assist with opening and closing duties.Provide friendly and professional customer service.Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and cleanliness.Follow instructions from the chef and management and work effectively as part of a team.RequirementsPrevious barista experience is required.Strong knowledge of different coffee types and preparation methods.Experience operating professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.Fluent English speaking and communication skills are a must.Ability and willingness to assist the chef in the kitchen.Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is preferred.Strong understanding of cleanliness and food safety standards.Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in a specialty coffee shop or dessert café.Knowledge of latte art and specialty coffee preparation.Experience working with desserts or basic pastry preparation.Good customer service and communication skills.Ability to learn and follow recipes and preparation standards quickly.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing café environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Friendly and collaborative working environment.Candidate MUST be able to join immediatelySalary is betwen AED 2,500 - 2,700 based on experience.
