The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on coffee-making experience, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, maintaining the coffee station and ensuring that our guests enjoy a welcoming and pleasant café experience. You will also support daily café operations and assist with catering orders and events when required.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea and other beverages to a consistent standard.Demonstrate good skills in espresso extraction, milk steaming and latte art.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and related equipment.Provide friendly and attentive customer service.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station in accordance with food safety standards.Assist with stock monitoring, replenishment and daily café operations.Support catering orders, private events and workshops when required.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.RequirementsPrevious experience as a barista with solid coffee-making skills is essential.Good knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming and latte art.Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and organisational skills.Willingness to work weekends, evenings and public holidays according to operational needs.An interest in art, creative activities and community events is an advantage.Join Our TeamIf you are passionate about coffee, enjoy meeting people and would like to work in a creative café environment, we would love to hear from you.Please apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a brief introduction about your barista experience and coffee-making skills.Come join COZE+ and be part of a team where coffee, creativity and hospitality come together!
